1) Where are your t-shirts made? Our t-shirts are custom made in Melbourne to our specifications. All t-shirt's made from are 100% cotton.
2) Which payment methods do you accept? GFUNK&BATZ accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal payment solutions. All payments are secured using Geotrust SSL encryption.
3) Which countries do you ship to? We ship worldwide.

5) How long will it take to receive the goods? Order are shipped via Australia Post Air Freight, and estimated delivery times are between 4 and 14 days after receipt of payment.
6) Do I have to pay tax on the items? We are required to charge and collect Goods and Service Tax (GST) for Australian customers only. G.S.T is not charged to overseas customers.

7) How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted? Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing the purchase.
8) How will I know my order has been shipped? Once the order has been processed and dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing the purchase.
9) Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted? You may only add or remove items if you have not checked out and completed payment.
10) I have an order which I have not Checked Out, but wish to cancel. What do I do? Please email us requesting the removal of this order. We will also periodically remove any old orders which have not been completed.
11) How do I check my Order status? Log onto gfunkandbatz.com with your “username” and “password”. Then click on “orders history” to view your order details.
12) When Will I Be Charged? After you “check out”, you will be asked to choose your prefered payment method, and when you enter your billing details you will be charged for your purchase.
