It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased so to avoid any ambiguity, every GFUNK&BATZ garment is individually inspected before delivery, and is only shipped if the garment meets our stringent standards. A refund will be issued if the garment contains flaws such as stitching dislodgment, tears or manufacturing faults. For full product exchange, customers must alert us of the fault within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the faulty garment within 30 days of despatch date to our returns address. (Address will be provided once faulty garment has been approved for return). Photographs of the T-shirt may be requested upon to provide proof of damage and for a proper assessment of the damage. Refunds may be voided if this can not be provided. Refunds will also be voided if; - Garment care instructions have not been followed
- Garment damaged by being used in an abnormal way or neglected
- Disposed of, lost or destroyed, or
- Returning goods after the stipulated period
- The swing tag has been removed from the garment
It is at our discretion to grant refunds/returns to customers if; - The fit is not correct however all delivery costs will be at the expense of the customer.
- No money refunds will issued, only exchanges of product.
